Bella Vacation Homes offers fully furnished Orlando vacation homes to
travelers and their families close to all of Orlando’s major attractions,
including private pool homes, condos, and two-story town homes. Bella
Vacation Homes are available from three to seven bedrooms (1,050 – 3,000
square feet.) and up to six bathrooms, all under one roof. Many Bella
Vacation Homes are also come equipped with extra amenities for private
recreation in-home, including game rooms with billiard tables, air hockey
and such.
Are
the homes individually owned?
Nearly all vacation rental homes available in the Orlando area are
privately owned. Many Orlando area rental homes are overseen by property
management companies, who manage the home rental, maintenance and
administration process for individual homeowners and, in some instances,
assist in the purchase and sale of homes.

do I make a reservation? Is it secure?
Booking a Bella Vacation Homes is a convenient and secure process as we
offer both secure phone and Internet reservations systems. Each guest
completes a registration form just like checking in at a hotel and this
outlines clearly what is expected from both parties.
Do
visitors have to stay for long periods of time?
We provide a lot of Orlando vacation homes for Florida residents who come
to the Orlando area to visit the local theme parks and shop. To cater for
these valued guests, we have reduced our minimum stay to only 2 nights. We
also cater to “snowbirds” that travel to sunny Central Florida from the
northern US and Canada and stay with us for a month or two at a time.
What
is the difference between renting from a rental company and renting
directly from a homeowner?
When renting from a rental company such as Bella Vacation Homes, guests
enjoy additional benefits and services that are not typically offered by
single homeowners, including a 24-hour customer service contact, concierge
services, housekeeping, partnerships with local vendors, and sometimes the
ability to search and reserve a home securely online. If an Orlando
vacation home is not managed, the individual homeowner is responsible for
the property’s maintenance, upkeep, and the customer service offered to
renters, often as an absentee owner from other states or even countries
abroad. Rental companies handle all of this for individual homeowners,
ensuring consistency and quality in both customer service and the level of
accommodations.
If
I have questions during my stay, do I have someone I can call for
assistance?
Each home will have a number to call for any out of hours situation which
will be provided to you. Bella
Vacation Homes is also available 24 hrs a day/7 days a week for any
emergency situation that cannot wait till normal business hours resume
(Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, Sat 9am-noon).

renting a vacation home, will I receive concierge services, like room
service, spa treatments, etc.?
Guests experience all the benefits of a traditional hotel stay with many
additional amenities, including a concierge, as well as options for in-home
massages, spa treatments, a personal chef to cook meals, pre-arrival
grocery delivery services, child care, and more. Simply ask about these
services when making your reservation or calling to plan a vacation. Bella
Vacation Homes also boasts partnerships with local vendors to offer guests
discounts on tickets to Orlando attractions, golf courses, as well as
special rates on car and equipment rentals, to name a few.
Is
a daily housekeeping service available?
While each Bella Vacation Homes is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for
guests’ arrivals, we do offer mid-stay housekeeping services, upon request,
for an additional fee.

can I get to and from the theme parks and the airport?
All of our Orlando vacation homes are located in residential areas and are
not easily accessible by public transportation. It is highly recommended
that you have your own transportation while staying with Bella Vacation
Homes. We recommend that all guests
carefully read the handbooks provided by the car rental companies. Your rental car will have automatic
transmission, so you wont have to worry about changing gear, but driving in
FL (for those coming from overseas) has different rules. Overtaking on both sides is allowed and
happens frequently. Turning right on
a red light is allowed you’re your path is clear) unless it specifically
says, No Turn on Red. Speed limits
are clearly marked on white signs at the side of the road and should be
adhered to as Police are very strict.
Should you be unfortunate enough to be involved in an accident,
always call the Police – you will need an incident number from them for
insurance purposes.
